OVEN BABY BACK RIBS
RUB:
1 TBS Pepper 2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Parsley
Rub mixture into baby back ribs. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour before cooking. Cook at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
Messy Chicken
This recipe is from my best friend Jessica and a favorite in our house.
1 pkg chicken pieces cut up (can use all breast)
1 jar apricot preserves 1 pkg onion soup mix
1- 16 oz of Catalina or Russian dressing 1 clove garlic minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the dressing, onion soup mix, minced garlic, and preserves. The sauce should be thick and should have a sweet onion aroma. Put the pieces of chicken into a large oven safe pan, sprayed with Pam and smother it with the sauce. Cook for about an hour and baste every 15-20 minutes.
